As part of the Mega Meetup Picnic at Prospect Park on Saturday, September 29, we are meeting at Prospect Park Zoo at 10:30am. Print this page for FREE admission at any zoo entrance. We'll gather at the sea lion pool near the Lioness and Cubs statue (right off the Flatbush gate). Karen Tingley, Curator of Education for the Prospect Park Zoo, will guide a tour of the zoo and a special behind-the-scenes peek at the Discovery Center where we'll get a "birds eye view" of the Fisher crows (listen for one of them to say "hello" and "popcorn") and American kestrels. Around 12:00pm, we'll leave the zoo and head to the Nethermead to join the other Meetup groups.
