Dear all, lets go get back to our roots: Back to PLATINS where our first Meetup took place! Platins is the afterwork location where good things meet: + They offer a huge and FREE Afterwork-Buffet (it´s really impressive!) + You can get a FREE Afterwork-Shiatsu-Massage there :-) + Happyour drinks (two drinks for the price of one) until 8 pm. You may check the program on www.platins.ch. How to get there? Take the tram 5 or 13 or bus 33 to "Utobrücke". Sihlcity is directly beneath the stop. Or take bus 89 or the S4 to Sihlcity. A location plan can be found here: http://map.search.ch/... If you need a parking lot you might call me before you come. My companies office is close there, so you may use one of our companies parking lots which are empty on evenings (In case you have to arrive before 6.15. pm). Otherwise Sihlcity offers parking as well. Depending on how many we will be I will try to get some discount on the low entrance-fee (CHF 10) for our members, or maybe something else. Züri Expats was formed to address this ongoing challenge. As we where profiled quite good at a Rundschau raportage on SF1 in February 26, 2013 we try to make the positive difference and work closely with the autorities.

The Neumarkt theatre has a play going on EXPATS that was based on our experiences as well (2013)

So we are alive and kicking.....an abstract of our activities.

What type of events shall we focus on fort of 2013 and beyond?This past year we had meetups active as social as also cutural so we can say we planned numerous social gatherings around international highlights and schedules.)We did over 240 events in Zurich, or started them from Zuirch all over Zwitserland.

Our highly qualified fellow expat City Life help you on several events with:

◉ Socialise and Drinks: Be with your peers and enjoy life in Zurich.
◉ Lake/ Limmat and BBQ: the better way to find an accommodation during summer is not given.
◉ Streetparade/ pop jazz Concerts: The specials are known here and we know how it work in Switzerland and what are the available choices.
◉ Shopping Bahnhofstrasse: Ladies , we give you a insight how to get all invitations to all great shows.
◉ The summer quartier parties: What happening before your door? they have a party......
◉ ................: from basic to advanced, from general to sector related just bring in your idea for a event!!!!

We are doing a lot With our 4 Meetup platforms; Züri eXpats; City Life , Züri eXpats , Züri eXpats Hike & Outdoor & Sandbox, Zurich Movie Fans. we have over 3000 members of high educated members that are involved in producing 60% of economics of the Canton and city Zürich. ZürieXpats will participate in social and semi-political events that help spread awareness of – and promote the integration of – eXpats in Zurich. And to contribute POSITIVELY to the SWISS LIFESTYLE as well. With our partners at the integration department of city & canton of Zurich.

We have ambitious plans including new activities & VIP venues for our member,s this year. It is our intention to have a full range of events throughout the week that cater to everyone's interests.
