I started this group as a small business owner looking for a way to get our calendar of events out to the community without having to pay more for the ad than we intended to make. Although many of our events were free, for kids, or to benefit a charity, b/c we are a business, we weren't welcome to submit our calendars to local news outlets without buying an ad.
